Your own self-contained and fully furnished apartment completely fitted out with a 100 x 200 cm bed and mattress, high quality blackout curtains, desk and chair, dining table and stool, kitchenette with twin ceramic hobs, microwave, sink and fridge-freezer, a spacious ensuite bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC together with plenty of fitted storage cupboards, shelving, wardrobes and lighting throughout. Sizes start with 18 sqm upwards. Our studio is the ideal place to live and study. From here you can easily reach all Hamburg universities, not least because of the short distances to the S- and U-Bahn. Even shopping is easy: In only three minutes you can reach a shopping centre by foot. The rental contract that you agree on has the length of 01.10.2025 - 23.09.2026 and the apartment is meant for long term booking. You have the option to prolong next year. What's included: All-inclusive rent That’s water, electricity and gas included – and also WiFi. We want things to be as easy as possible for you. - High-speed broadband and Wi-Fi We offer you 40 MB broadband and WiFi included in your rent for several devices at the same time. - Bathroom Every apartment has its own modern en-suite bathroom, with shower, washbasin and toilet. - Laundry facilities on-site Washing machines and dryers are on-site as and when you need them (chargeable). - Secure bike storage facilities We offer you safe storage facilities for your bike. - Courtyard with green areas There is a courtyard with green areas for you and your friends to use. - Social spaces Spacious and well-equipped common rooms as well as study areas welcome you and your friends at any time of the day. - Maintenance If things break or go wrong in our buildings, we'll fix them quickly and cheerfully. - Security For the safety of our students, the residence is monitored by CCTV 24 hours a day. - Option to rent parking spaces We offer you the option to rent a parking space (additional costs will occur). This can be booked once the contract is confirmed. - Complete furnishing Each studio is fully furnished, so that you'll lack nothing.
