Das WG- Zimmer liegt gegenüber von der Technischen Universität Hamburg Harburg mit nur einer Entfernung von 160m. Bushaltestellen, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen in Sichtweite, das Harburger Rathaus/ Zentrum und die S Bahn liegen 2 Bushaltestellen entfernt und sind somit auch innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Verkehrsanbindung an die Hamburger City ist ausgezeichnet. Vom Harburger S-Bahnhof, der gleich neben dem Fernbahnhof liegt, braucht man 14 Minuten bis zum Hamburger Hauptbahnhof. Das Zimmer ist ca. 14 m2 groß und ist nach Süd- Ost ausgerichtet. Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 weitere WG- Zimmer. Die Wohnung wurde in 2022 renoviert und es wurde eine neue Küche mit Induktionskochfeld eingebaut. Geschirr und das passende Kochgeschirr sowie eine Mikrowelle gehören zur Ausstattung dazu.
