Die Verkehrsanbindung an die Hamburger City ist ausgezeichnet. Vom Harburger S-Bahnhof, der gleich neben dem Fernbahnhof liegt, braucht man 14 Minuten bis zum Hamburger Hauptbahnhof. Das Zimmer ist ca. 12 m2 groß inkl. Balkon, der Balkon von ca. 3 m2 ist zum Garten hin ausgerichtet. Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 weitere WG- Zimmer.
