The estate is adjacent to the Reagan Park, there is also a sandy beach in the vicinity of the estate, seaside promenades for pedestrians, cyclists and skaters, restaurants and cafes - a 10-minute walk will allow you to find yourself on the Gdańsk pier. The neighborhood has a fully developed infrastructure with numerous restaurants, supermarkets and service points. Galeria Przymorze Shopping Center, located only 400 m from the complex, is a perfect place for family entertainment, offering over 60 shopping points, a fitness center and a free play area for children. The perfect location is complemented by an extensive and dynamically functioning urban infrastructure, which makes it a great starting point for exploring the Tri-City.
