Monthly expenses are calculated as a flat rate for rentals shorter than 12 months to simplify check-in and check-out. These costs include utilities such as electricity, water, internet, waste tax, and condominium fees, and are approximately 200 euros per month, based on normal and average consumption for up to 2 people. If there are any differences in energy and water costs, these will be calculated separately, with an adjustment based on the bills.
