The 40 sqm apartment is modernly furnished and centrally located but absolutely quiet towards the garden. Thanks to its west orientation, it is brightly lit by daylight. The apartment has room for up to 2 persons which should be a couple as there's only one bed-/livingroom. The monthly rent totals up to 1.210 Euros including all utilities for single person occupation. The rent is for a single person occupancy. I have added the optional costs for 2-person-occupancy as 'other optional costs' It is located in Düsseldorf's in-district Flingern Nord with hip cafes, trendy pubs as well as excellent restaurants and lunch offers. You can do your daily shopping in the immediate vicinity. Numerous individual stores also invite you to browse. The tram takes you to the main train station, the city center and the famous Düsseldorf Altstadt (old town) in just a few minutes. The Düsseldorf trade fair can be reached by public transport in about 30 minutes and the airport in about 25 minutes. The generously equipped kitchen of this apartment offers much more than an ordinary apartment with a fitted kitchen. Due to the separte kitchen room with a sliding door, you can also keep the smell of food out of the living room and bedroom. You can choose to have your meals at the large table in the living room or to use it as desk for homeoffice. The apartment has recently been completely renovated and the house was wrapped in an energy-saving way as part of the complete energy renovation. The house was packed in at an energy-saving renovation, due to reduce heating costs, and the flat has got a good working gas boiler for warm water and heating.
