The place is perfect for a couple. The apartment is located on the first floor. This is a studio with a private bathroom. There are 2 comfortable beds in the apartment. The place is made of the main room with a kitchen annex and bathroom. The cooker in the kitchen can be powered by both gas and electricity. The pets are welcome! If pets, the deposit shall be 40% higher. There are 2 single twin beds in the apartment (upon request the Lessor can get a big double bed for the tenants). The place was recently renovated. The new windows provide a perfect insulation. The studio is perfect for a couple or a group of friends. Our guests can access and/or use all areas. There is a service of weekly cleaning service available for the tenants (price per week, more info ask the Lessor). The service is optional and not included in the price of the monthly rent. The monthly rent does not include the bills (bills and internet shall be paid separated). There is a good internet WiFi connection (good speed). We are available 24h / 7days (upon previous request) for our guests. We offer our help for: city tour, history tour, clubbing, pub crawl food and wine tasting. The mattresses are new and very comfortable. The apartment is fully furnished and the kitchen perfectly equipped with all kitchen tools. There is a spacious bathroom with a shower box and toilet. Moreover there is also a separated toilet. There is a washing machine in the main room. The view is on the courtyard. There is a cooker in the kitchenette. There is a service of bed linens and towels is available upon request. The price of the service is not included in the price of the monthly rent. The Lessor can get an additional life insurance for foreign students (this is upon previous request). The kitchen is fully equipped. The Lessor can get for the tenants hand-sanitizers, hand made fashion pochette-masks made in Italy (very trendy product), gloves, sanitizers and protective visors (upon request). There is a weekly cleaning service available for the tenants. The cost of the service is not included in the price of the monthly rent.
