This is a mini studio located precisely between Jewish district and Stradom. Streaming service platforms are available upon previous request (optional service, extra cost). The Lessor can get a monthly subscription to football matches (Serie A, la Liga, Bundesliga, Premier League, Ligue 1, Champions League) available on web platforms. There is an extra payment (higher deposit +40%) is a tenant wants to live in the property with a pet (the other tenants and the Lessor must previously agree). The Lessor can help the tenants to fill the forms for PESEL number or a temporary residence. The apartment is made of a main room with a kitchen annex and a bathroom.
