This is an advert for the entire apartment. The apartment promoted in this advert is made of a shared balcony, hallway, 3 bedrooms, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The place is located on the second floor in the backyard. The bedrooms are fully equipped with 10 beds, lamps, curtains, shelves, wardrobe, hangers, drying rack, bedside tables, desk and chairs. The pictures were taken in 2019. There is a table with chairs in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and furnished. The size of the apartment is around 70 m2. There are 10 single beds in the apartment. Additional beds are available upon previous request of the tenants (more double beds or single beds are available). The apartment is ideally perfect for 3 tenants. The Lessor would like to have from 3 up to 6 tenants. The Lessor can accept more tenants if this is previously agreed in the contract of lease. The bills and utilities are not included in the price of the monthly rent. The tenants can choose for the payment of the bills either an option upon consumption or all inclusive (if previously agreed with the Lessor). The Lessor can get an additional life insurance for foreign students (this is upon previous request). The area is very green (the avenue Dietla is completely green and wooded). The building is located on the side of the Jewish quarter in Dietla street.
