The wifi, electricity, butane gas and internet registry and installation expenses are paid as an extra and divided among all the tenants. The flat is placed on a 4th floor. The building has elevator. The flat has 4 individual rooms and two shared bathrooms. It has central heating and air conditioner. The living room is very well equipped and it has TV and an exterior balcony. If you are going to arrive to Córdoba out of office hours and you want to go into the flat immediately we will send one person to open the door with a cost of 15€ (from Mondays to Fridays) or 25€ (weekends). These prices are per person. CIUDAD JARDÍN The apartment is located in Ciudad Jardín, the most popular neighbourhood among the students, both international and Spanish. It has an international atmosphere. The location of the neighbourhood is perfect for students because is very near of the train and bus stations and is very comfortable for those students which have to take a daily train to go to Rabanales Campus or for those who travel regularly. The neighbourhood also stands out because you can find many shops, supermarkets, gyms, parks, pubs, bars and terraces there and is near of the city center (only 5 minutes away by foot). The Faculty of Filosofía is within easy walking distance. The centre point of the neighbourhood is Plaza Costa Sol. From there you can get a bus that will take you straight to the Faculty of Law.
