Both deposits will be returned at the end of your stay if everything is as it was on the date of check-in. ✅ Weekly Cleaning: Say goodbye to the hassle of cleaning common areas. We include weekly cleaning of common spaces in the rent, ensuring a tidy and pleasant living environment. ✅ Bills: Please note that bills (internet, electricity, water, and gas) are not included in the rent, but they typically average around 40 euros per tenant.
