As well as a convenient bus stop right at your doorstep for poles 1, 2, and 3, this room offers a fantastic location for your academic journey. Here are the details of the room for rent: ✅ Deposit: To make moving in hassle-free, we require a 200 euros deposit for the room, as well as a 100 euros deposit for bed linen and duvet. Both deposits will be returned at the end of your stay if everything is as it was on the date of check-in. ✅ Weekly Cleaning: Say goodbye to the hassle of cleaning common areas. We include weekly cleaning of common spaces in the rent, ensuring a tidy and pleasant living environment. ✅ Bills: Please note that bills (internet, electricity, water, and gas) are not included in the rent, but they typically average around 40 euros per tenant. This cost may vary depending on your usage. ✅ House Rules: Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, and we kindly request that no pets be brought into the premises. ✅ Amenities: The shared spaces in the apartment are fully furnished and equipped with all the necessary amenities. You'll have access to a comfortable lobby area furnished with sofas and a well-equipped kitchen with all the utensils you need, as well as a washing machine. ✅ Minimum Stay: To ensure a stable and pleasant living environment, we require a minimum stay of 4 months.
