It has two single beds, which can be joined or separated, depending on the need and can be converted into a 180cm bed, with two very comfortable mattresses, a giant closet to organize all your clothes and two large workstations of 73x48cm, with chairs adapted to work or study remotely. The room is equipped with WiFi and wired cable in case you need more connection power. The bathroom is shared only with Room 1. It is a super bright and spacious house and has a huge living room completely outside but is very well insulated because you do not hear any noise from the street inside the house. The jewel of this wonderful house: a garden area surrounded by nature, an outdoor terrace with different seating areas, a barbecue to enjoy in your free time with your new companions and a very large communal pool and ideal for summer! fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, a complete mixer and all utensils for cooking and eating. It also has heating in all rooms and common areas. The house is located 10 minutes walk from the Bellaterra train stop that connects Barcelona center with a train frequency every 10 minutes. The price per night is 35€/single room and 50€/2people occupancy. ⬅ If you leave: - Between the 1st and 9th days of each month, you will pay per day. The price per night is 35€/single room and 50€/2people occupancy. - Between the 10th and the 19th day of each month, we will discount you 20% of your rent for the last month. - The 20th or later, you will need to pay for the entire month. 🕑 CHECK-IN POLICY: Here you have all the available check-in options: - Working days Monday to Friday from 09.00h to 19.00h at our Office (Carrer de Puigmartí 35, local 1 – Gràcia neighborhood, next to Joanic metro station (L4)) with no charge. - Working days Monday to Friday from 09.00h to 19.00h at your new apartment with a 35 € extra fee. - Weekends & Festivity days from 09.00h to 21.00h or Working days from 19.00h to 20.00h directly at your new apartment per 50€ extra fee.
