A hallway connects the two bedrooms and houses the first full bathroom, equipped with a shower and glass screen. The second bedroom is filled with natural light, with two exterior windows. It includes a 1.60 x 2 m bed and a large built-in wardrobe. The modern and functional kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dining table for three. From the kitchen, you access the apartment’s highlight: a stunning private terrace, furnished with two sun loungers, a high table with stools, a dining table for six, sunshades, an outdoor shower, and a lounge area – ideal for relaxing any time of the day.
