Access the building through its main entrance, fully accessible and step-free, which leads to a charming Cádiz-style hall/interior courtyard, from where the apartments are distributed across three floors. To enjoy the sun and the views, guests have access to the 136 m2 communal terrace/solarium on the third floor, equipped with sun loungers, a table, chairs, and artificial grass, a perfect space to relax outdoors. Located in the iconic La Viña neighborhood, just steps from La Caleta beach and the castles of Santa Catalina and San Sebastián. The booking of each (hidden) accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or (hidden), and you can contract or refuse them.
