It is located in a safe, vibrating and central district and hosted students from ELTE, Corvinus, IBS and BME with excellent experience. Perfect apartment for a sabbatical stay, a semester or for your studies in Budapest. The apartment includes EVERYTHING you need. Just bring your clothes you have everything you need is waiting for you. This 3 bed room flat is located between Kazinczy utca and the Dohány Street Synagogue, the very trendy 7th district of Budapest. It is not only close to many Universities but is also popular for its visual and performance art, museums, wide range of unique boutique and vintage shops, restaurants, and night life scene all in a few minutes walking distance. Other places like the Parliament, Opera or Funicular Castle for example you can also do by foot at maximum 30 min walk to all sights. If you do need the public transportation, in a 3-5 min. walk you have buses, trams and subways connecting you to all parts of the city including Budapest’s airport. This brand new high quality renovated flat, newly furnished with a 'retro-new' touch is an ideal place to explore the city but still have a quiet place to rejuvenate, study or just do some work. It is located on the fourth floor of a 120 year old building in the heart of Budapest but you may use the lift to get to the flat. Although, the street is mostly filled with bars, cafés, shops and art galleries yet the apartment is very quiet and filled with light facing the street. You have a central heating systema and an air-condition so that you can keep the windows closed in the hot summer days. The 60sq apartment is fully furnished includes a practical kitchen with a table and plenty of kitchen storage as well as new stove with oven, refrigerator, electric cattle, microwave - also included - vacuum, cleaner, cutlery, dishes. The bathroom with shower, a second separated toilet is located in the flat, a common / living room with TV and sitting area to hang out together. The apartment includes 3 bedrooms all contain similar furniture: a double size bed, working desk, working chair, storage shelving and hanging possibility for clothes and personal items. All room windows have blinds for maximal darkness for the ones who like to sleep long in the morning. The apartment has everything you may need during your stay. There is a flat screen cable TV in the living room and free and unlimited WIFI all over the apartment. You will also have a washing machine if you need to clean your clothes during your trip and a hairdryer as well.
