Our flats are rented without bed linen and duvet (except if we have agreed differently in particular conditions). UTILITIES: - Utility costs will be based on consumption and are approx. 150 EUR per month. We will provide a report on your consumption every month and based on that will depend on how much you have to pay for the utilities. - Payment of utilities will be arranged monthly and we (the property manager) will pay the utility companies. The monthly service charge shown in the listing (33 EUR/ 12,500 HUF) is to cover the management of all utility contracts. - Common cost: 29000 HUF payable each month. IMPORTANT: - Our agency fee of 350 EUR is a one-time administration payment when you sign the contract. - This apartment can be rented out by a group of students or working professionals.
