The kitchen is eat-in and is fully-applianced with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher, as well as a sectional sofa, a chaise, and a flat-screen TV in the living room and one in the bedroom. The unit is on the second floor, one parking spot behind the building available for rent, $15 per night. This is a fully furnished unit offered for short-term, transient use only. It is not a rental tenancy or lease. All guests must maintain a primary residence elsewhere and agree to abide by house rules, maximum occupancy, and payment terms. No subletting or unauthorized visitors. Please note: This stay is governed under transient occupancy terms.
