Your Room: A furnished room of 8 sqm for one person, located on the 3rd floor of the house and provides a view to the green garden. The large bathroom on the same floor is shared with 4 more tenants. Your room is equipped with a single bed (90x200cm), closet, desk, armchair, bedside table, bed linen, towels, and everything you see at the pictures. The House: This shared house has 10 rooms and common areas on 350 sqm. Hall, a toilet, kitchen, and the terrace are on the ground floor. The shared kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need. The back door leads from the kitchen to the terrace and the garden. The two bathrooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floor. The laundry with washing machines is in the basement. This house has: - 10 bedrooms (fully equipped incl. beddings and towels), - 2 bathrooms, plus two separate toilets - community kitchen (fully equipped, dish washer), - laundry (washing machines free of charge!), - bike storage - large terrace and a green garden. The house is fully equipped and decorated with everything you need. You can simply arrive with your luggage and live in Bonn for a season in one of the most central and yet green areas of the city. You will make a cleaning schedule and keep common areas tidy. Help and repairs are provided if necessary. Tenants shall have previously lived in a shared apartment, but it is not a hard requirement.
