Less than 10 minutes walk from Arenal and 15 minutes walk from the beginning of Gran Vía, which is the commercial area of Bilbao and where El Corte Inglés is located. PUBLIC TRANSPORT The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the Casco Viejo Metro that connects Bilbao with different parts of Bizkaia and Universities, 3 minutes from the tram stop that connects very well with Bilbao and is comfortable and very fast (it stops at the University of Deusto ), and 3 minutes from the Bilbobus stop that also connects very well with the rest of the areas of Bilbao. You are also a 15-minute walk from the Abando Renfe Cercanías and Larga Distancia train station and the m(hidden)izkaibus station, where you can catch buses to the UPV/EHU in Leioa Campus. In addition, the taxi station is 1 minute walk from the apartment. SERVICES Thanks to the fact that the apartment is very central, it has all the necessary services within walking distance.
