A new built, fully furnished apartment in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg with master bedroom and ensuite, childrens bedroom and a third room (with its own bathroom) that can be used independently as an office, nanny ́s room or third bedroom. The apartment has in total, 3 bathrooms and a laundry. The open plan living room includes the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen which opens to the private 70sqm garden terrace which is the absolute highlight of the apartment. Send through a copy of your work contract, recent pay slip and proof you are able to pay the first months rent and bond. 6. Advise whether you are on probation or not. 6. If you can provide a copy of your Schufa, please send it through. Once we are satisfied with your information we will send you confirmation through the housing anywhere website, you are then required to pay the first months rent and then , separately pay the security bond into our bank account.
