Welcome to our beautiful, newly renovated apartments, where you bring the spirit, and we take care of the rest! Our extensive collection of co-living apartments boasts spacious and well-lit rooms with a contemporary design. What's more, everything is fully furnished, so you can quite literally grab your suitcase and move in tomorrow! We are a vibrant and cosmopolitan community located in 'Mitte,' one of Berlin's most central and trendiest neighborhoods. This area is renowned for its historical, cultural, and commercial significance, making it a focal point for both locals and tourists. Friedrichstraße is home to a variety of cultural attractions, museums, theaters, and galleries. Along the street, you'll also find a mix of high-end boutiques, department stores, and international brands. Moreover, our location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to public transportation. You'll find several U-Bahn (subway lines U6, U5, and U2), bus routes, and S-Bahn (suburban train lines S1, S2, S25, S26, S3, S5, S7, and S9) stations in close proximity. Services / facilities that are INCLUDED in the price: - heating, electricity, water - high speed internet - fitness room - community manager - great location - laundry room (including washing machine & dryer). Please note that although a common laundry room is included in the price, the costs per washing cycle / program are paid individually (2,80€ washing machine & 2,50€ dryer) and are therefore not included in the overall price. To give you an overview of your new home, we have listed all of the integrated facilities below: THE APARTMENT: • equipped kitchen • oven • dishwasher • *balcony / terrace (not all the apartments and rooms have balcony or terrace) THE BEDROOM: • wardrobe • desk • chair • mirror • lamp • bed (140 or 90cm) • mattress • blanket • pillow • curtains • floor lamp REQUIRED documents: - Proof of income (last 3 months payslips) or work contract - Proof of enrolment (just for students) - Copy of guarantor's ID (only if you do not have proof of income) - Copy of guarantor's work contract (only if you do not have proof of income) *The landlord only accepts tenants between 18 and 40 years old. *Please note that in order for you to get your keys, the deposit must be transferred to the landlord ́s bank account once the rental agreement has been signed and before moving in. Check-in /out: - Check-in hours: Monday - Friday from 10:00 - 16:00 (A check in outside our working hours is possible upon availability of some of our community managers and with an additional charge of 60,00€.) - The key transfer will take place at Village M (you will receive the address once your booking is confirmed) IMPORTANT!!!
