The apartment is situated in a nice and beautiful neighbourhood just a few steps away from Victoriapark and a 10 minutes walk to Bergmannstrasse and Mehringdamm. The apartment lies on the 5th floor of a 7-stories modern building with elevator and interesting shapes, built by a famous berliner architect. It consists of a bright elegant living room with winter garden + open kitchen + 2 bedrooms (one with double and one with single bed), bathroom, guest WC, store-room and 2 hallways. In the living room you will find a convertible sofa, a huge smart-TV, an extendable wooden table, ceiling ventilator, 2 extra tables (one of glass and a lower one), storage units, nice lights and more. The "pointy" winter garden is also another place to chill, with plants that need to be watered only twice per month (or where to hang-dry clothes, being it warm and well-aired even in winter). The kitchen is fully equipped with many devices (such as dishwasher, microwave, etc.) and with all cooking and eating utensils. The side-by-side refrigerator is obviously very big. One bedroom is larger and darker than the other and has lots of storage room. The second bedroom used to be an office and it still suits the need of home-workers (the plants can be moved to the winter garden). In the main bathroom there is a bath tub and a new washing machine (for up to 8 kilos wash). More storage room for shoes, coats and objects in the hallways. The internet speed is very fast and reliable thanks to a fine contract with VODAFONE. It is a perfect place to share with a friend or for a small family where to spend wonderful time inviting friends over for dinner and watching TV. All neighbours are friendly and kind but the house rules must be respected. Amazing part of Kreuzberg bordering with the districts of Tempelhof and Schöneberg. The beautiful Victoria Park lies just beside while the famous Tempelhofer Park as well as other smaller parks are within walking distance (or by bike). Parking the bike in the courtyard is safe. In the neighbourhood there are 4 supermarkets, many restaurants, bars, bakeries, 3 pharmacies, small shops and much more. The famous Bergmannstrasse is within walking distance (in the end of Methfesselstrasse). The closest metro is the U6 "Platz der Luftbrücke" and there are 3 different bus stops going in all directions. U7 Mehringdamm is also reachable on foot. This is a sublet, most of the personal will be taken out . Of course you are free to use utensils and everything you might need that you will find in the apartment. The sublet is official and the building management will be informed so you can register at the authorities. You can also register your car plate to park almost for free in the same road.
