Our 2-room apartment is on 4th floor, it comes with a kitchen and bathroom. It's located in Neukölln, Berlin. The apartment has a total surface of 70 m2, suitable for maximum 4 occupants. The building has no lift. The area our lovely apartment locates in is very peaceful and convenient. Nearby you have parks, cafés, and local markets (Market am Maybachufer), giving a “small-town” feel within the capital. From the address is less 30 minutes by car to go to Berlin’s major meeting points like Alexanderplatz, Hauptbahnhof, Zoologischer Garten und Hackescher Market. From the apartment to: U-Bahnhof Rathaus Neukölln (U7) – about 3 to 5 minutes walk U-Bahnhof Karl-Marx-Straße (U7) – about 5 to 7 minutes walk Sonnenallee station (S41, S42, S45, S46, S47) – about 12 to 15 minutes walk Travel times from there: Alexanderplatz – around 15 to 20 minutes (U7 + S-Bahn or U8 connection) Berlin Hauptbahnhof – around 25 to 30 minutes (with one change) Zoologischer Garten – around 30 to 35 minutes (U7 direct towards City West) Hackescher Markt – around 20 to 25 minutes (via Hermannplatz or Alexanderplatz) The light furnishings and their natural colours give the room’s interior a neat and clean vibe to sooth the traveling feet and soul. The apartment comes with a brand new white lacquered kitchen with microwave, just need to get the start set of pots and pans ,you will enjoy preparing a gourmet or on the go meals. The bathroom is spacious with a shower. A washing machine is available to make your life easier and especially the laundry can be done discretely away from the main living area. Enough space to leave clean linens dry up in the open air using the provided rack. The apartment offers two queen size bed (140X200 CM), clothes hanger and free wifi (100Mb). If you book this apartment, the following rules apply: If your booking start date is between the 1st to the 15th of the month, the full month's rent is due. If your booking start date is between the 16th and the last day of the month, the second half month's rent is due. If your end date of booking is between the 1st to the 15th of the month, the first half month's rent is due. If your end date of booking is between the 16th and the last day of the month, the second half month's rent is due. Smoking is not permitted. Please Note: The rental deposit is one month's rent: - for the WG/ private room: Handover fee 100€ - for studio /apartment): Handover fee 150€ If we accept you as a tenant please deliver the following documents within 7 DAYS: proof of enrolment at your school/university, a bank statement which proves sufficient funds available to pay the rent - a work contract is also suitable. If we do not receive the documents within 7 days after you have completed the payment we will cancel the booking via HousingAnywhere and claim the first month according to their Terms&Conditions. If the move-in date is within these 7 days we need the documents 24 hours before move-in at the latest Before moving in, tenants must provide proof of valid personal liability insurance (“Haftpflichtversicherung”). This insurance covers damages caused to the apartment or to third parties. It is highly recommended in Germany and often included with personal property insurance (“Hausratversicherung”). Without proof of insurance, keys cannot be handed over.
