In one of the double rooms lives another girl from Poland who leaves the room on April 30, 2025. The apartment has a total of 3 rooms. My name is Luz, the owner, 47 years old, from April 2025 I will sleep 2 nights a week until July 2025. From May 2025 I will stay in a double room which will be vacated on April 30, 2025. From July 25, 2025, I rent the double room again. - I carefully select the women who will live in the apartment so that there is compatibility of lifestyles: similar age range, calm, quiet, neat, responsible. Before deciding on the new person to enter the apartment, I introduce her to those who are living in the apartment for their approval. - The apartment has a balcony and 1 full bathroom. You will have access to all the common areas of the apartment, such as the fully equipped kitchen with gas, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, full set of dishes. - It includes cleaning of the apartment once a month. A cleaning fee of 12 euros per month is required. - We will only respond to contacts who say where they work, position, monthly income, send (hidden) profile or other social network, say if you have a resume and if you present income tax return.
