The minimum stay is 32 days and the maximum is 11 months. You will need to provide ID/passport, proof of solvency (contract, payslips, bank statement), and declare that you are staying for leisure and tourism purposes. This beautiful 74 m2 apartment is available for rent in a building with an elevator, located on Carrer Bacardí 27, in the vibrant Sants neighborhood of Barcelona. The apartment is bright and outward-facing, ideal for students or groups of young professionals seeking a temporary stay with all the comforts of home. Layout and Features: -Living-dining room with balcony and exterior views, fully furnished with a sofa, dining table, and TV. -Separate kitchen fully equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge, and all the basic cooking utensils. -3 bedrooms: two double rooms and one single, all fully furnished and move-in ready. -1 full bathroom with shower.
