The apartment is very bright and spacious. It is a new building that has parking and pool on the terrace with an incredible view of the city. Within the 3 rooms that it has, the main one with double bed and bathroom en suite are separated from the other two, both single bed. On the other hand, also among the small, we find another bathroom for guests. It is surrounded by balconies, including the living room that overlooks the corner of Ausias March street and where you can enjoy an aperitif in the afternoon. And finally the kitchen, fully equipped and spaciously designed for the comfort of the tenants. It is perfect for families with children or professionals who must spend a season in Barcelona for studies or work!.
