This 27 sq. meters apartment on the second floor, is offering easy access to explore the city and Nearby University . It conveniently located at Exarchia district , just a 5-minute walk (450 meters) from the Panepistimio metro stop, with shops, banks and restaurants within 2 minutes walking, . The apartment was fully renovated in August 2023 and features modern furnishings and appliances. The apartment has 1 bedroom with a double bed and an air conditioning unit, and desktop for working or study. The fully equipped kitchen has everything necessary to cook and enjoy meals in the apartment. There is also a washing machine for added convenience and a private bathroom The apartment is equipped with high-speed FIBER internet (100 mbps). The building includes an elevator for easy access, and soundproof windows provide a quiet and peaceful environment. There is also a small balcony There are some kitchen utensils like glasses , spoons, plates, frying pans, sandwich maker etc left from previous tenants, but in case there is something missing or in a bad shape , we do not provide / replace them. We provide only the 5 major electric appliance (Stove , oven , fridge, washing machine and boiler for hot water) . You are welcome to use any other appliance or kitchen utensil that previous guest have left but if you need anything else you have to buy it for your self. We provide 1 pillow and 1 blanket.We do not provide bed sheets , towels or small electric appliances like hair dryer, water kettle etc. There is a FIXED monthly cost for utilities , (please CLICK on the monthly price that says "exclude bills, deposit required" to see full analysis of all costs). Note that the utility called "GAS" is the cost of building expenses. There is no gas or central heating. We use Air condition for heating / cooling Please note that we do not operate 24/7. Check in is not available on Weekends , holidays or after 19.00 Check also the video (after photos ) if it is available for this property A damage deposit is required in cash upon check-in, and it is refundable upon check-out after the room has been inspected. Damage deposit and rules are stated at the online contract (no need for signing) that our company will create a few days after your check in. If you have a Greek Tax number you also need to accept online the contract using your tax credentials (this does not apply to students or residents without Greek tax number)
