Welcome! Fully equipped and convenient two bedroom (hosts 2 people) 5th-floor apartment in the center of Athens, one of the most prominent urban neighbourhoods in the heart of Athens. Being close to public transport stations (metro, bus, railway), yet in walking-distance from a variety of historic landmarks and must-see places in the city, it offers an ideal accommodation for families, loving couples and traveling groups. Bringing guests to spend the night is strictly forbidden, however, the apartment has the possibility to accomodate 1-2 additional people, if you wish to invite someone, you have to first communicate with us and agree to an additional cost. We have many other apartments in the same building, so, if you have friends or guests coming over, let them know there’s place for everyone! Where all great stories begin. Recently renovated and super-comfortable 60sqm apartment on the 5th floor of a well-organized and tidy building, located close to Exarchia, Athens. Offering two rooms with a double bed, and one living-room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a dining table and two private rear-view balconies of the building, the apartment is ideal for families, friends and traveling groups of up to 2 persons. The house provides anything you might need during your stay, while a variety of super markets and local shopping spots can satisfy your every need all around the clock. A 15-minutes walk will take you to the historic center of Athens (Syntagma, Plaka, Acropolis, Monastiraki), while Omonia and Victoria metro stations are only 3-minutes away from the apartment. Bus stops 3 minutes away from the apartment are also at hand to ease your transportation around the city. The Neighbourhood: A truly boheme neighbourhood in the heart of Athens. Historic urban neighbourhood, one of the last authentic and unspoiled in Europe. Famous for its artistic essence and boheme aura, it is mostly inhabited and frequented by artists, musicians, writers, actors and creative minds. Low-paced daily routine, yet with plenty of nightlife choices, the neighbourhood will make you fall in love with the youthful urban lifestyle, from relaxing cafeterias and lively art spaces to alternative bars and picturesque restaurants. The terrace of the apartment where I reside is open from 09:00 am until 11:00 pm and it is 1 minute away from this apartment, to enjoy your coffee in the morning or your evening drink, available only for the residents of our apartments. This roof garden has an amazing view of the urban Athenian landscape which goes great with the breath-taking Acropolis and Lycabettus Hill peaks.
