About this Home Down the foyer hallway you’ll find a quaint newly renovated kitchen with cabinets painted in a muted blue tone which seemingly coordinates with the sofa in the adjacent room. Two three legged mid-century chairs tucked under a perfectly sized walnut bistro table sits directly outside of the kitchen area and shares space with the living room. The home features five bedrooms and two full bathrooms, which all have been meticulously designed to be both highly aesthetically pleasing but also functional. The off-white walls mixed with the contrasted black moldings with gold and navy blue decor are carried throughout creating a cohesive mileu. A ten-minute walk from the front door of the building will get you to the train station at the corner of 14th Nowthwest Street and Irving Northwest Street for the M train on the Columbia Heights Line. This apartment is a smoke-free unit that includes paid WiFi. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure it, we ask all our new members to complete a background and credit check and electronically sign a residency agreement. You'll need to share your ID and Social Security Number (for those in the US) with us. We'll shoot over the agreement after you book, and we kindly ask you to sign it quickly to guarantee your room.
