FULLY FURNISHED ROOM in fully furnished shared apartment for rent! You will live in a newly renovated two-person-shared apartment near the city center of Vienna. Possible flatmates will be students, interns or people who just want to spend a temporary stay in the capital of Austria. The apartment is located in the third district of Vienna. The city center is reachable by tram within 15 minutes. Other important city landmarks, as well as the university of Vienna, are reachable within 25 minutes max. The metro U3 is a 10 minutes walk away. Direct transfer to the airport of Vienna with the train S7 is possible in 19 minutes. Perfect for people who travel a lot but still want to live close to the city center! The room is furnished with everything you need to make your stay comfortable - a desk, seating furniture, a wardrobe, shelves and a bed (blanket and sheets are provided). The shared kitchen is also fully equipped with kitchen tools and cooking equipment. A large fridge, a dishwasher and a microwave is available. The bathroom has a big shower with an additional comfort shower head, a washing machine as well as storing possibilities. Toilet and bathroom are separate. The apartment has underfloor heating. All additional costs such as heating, electricity, water and internet are included in the rent (proportionate use preconditioned - in case of extensive costs they will be charged). Security deposit of € 1200 will be charged on arrival and reimbursed on leave.
