This is a Villa with private garden, not an apartment! Maybe the only Villa in Torino with rooms on rent only for students!! It is close to Politecnico, University of Medicine, Economics, Biotechnology, etc (below you can see a list of the m(hidden)uses to reach your faculty). As you can see it is in a strategic position... you can reach quickly every part of Torino, because in this area you have also the main University Hospital of Torino and so it has to be reachable quickly also by bus from any part of the town! Very close to the Villa (few meters) you also have a supermarket (Carrefour) and a very big park if you like to jogging. All the bus/tram stops that you may use (line 4, 10, 42, 63, 92, 92, 93 for example) the metro station are at about 700m. The garden of the Villa is perfect for a relax time and it is also covered by the wifi internet connection! Recently we changed all the windows of the house with high-performance new generation windows to provide each room the maximum acoustic and thermal comfort. Moreover, the area is very quiet and residential. Crocetta area is famous to be one of the best area in Torino! The heating system (included in the rent) is on 24h/day during the heating period (from October 15th) The temperature of the heaters will change automatically by an algorithm that consider the temperature inside and outside the house so that you have the best comfort at every time of the day! (Usually, in the apartments, the heating system will stop at 10pm! This is only one of the advantage to choose a villa) Every room is covered by a wifi connection and also have the plugs for internet Ethernet and TV sat. Each room is very large and can be rented either as a single room or as a double room. If you choose it as a single room it will be rented furnished with a bed 140 x 190cm If you choose it as the double room it will be rented furnished with two beds 80 x 190cm In the villa, you have 2 bathrooms (in one of them you have also the washing machine) and a kitchen with 2 fridges, 2 freezers, a dishwasher, and a satellite TV! The rent includes high-speed Internet connection (available in all rooms and in the garden), heating, maintenance costs, and consumption of electricity, water and gas. The price is really ALL INCLUDED! The villa is on 2 floors. In the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and washing machine. On the second floor, there are 1 bedroom, a bathroom, a livingroom with sofa and TV and a kitchen (with 2 fridge freezers, dishwasher and satellite TV). A big internal stair links the two floors. The Villa is located in a quiet, residential area, with all the services nearby. All the rooms have Optic fiber internet access and the ability to connect a decoder for view satellite television.
