This apartment is very spacious and bright. It is furnished and it has everything you might need during your stay. I bet on it, if you have question just ask me! It is 175 square meters on 3 floors, with a huge living room, up to 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a big terrace/solarium. It is perfect for enjoying your roman stay. The area is well served by many shops and services, and the train - line FL3 - (the station is 5 minutes far on foot from the apartment) takes you directly to the center in 20 minutes (a train comes every 15 minutes), dropping you at Valle Aurelia where the metro line A stops. S.Fillippo Neri Hospital and Gemelli University are respectively only 3 and 5 train stops away. Moreover a bus line serves the entire area - line 036 with a bus every 20 minutes -. The room on offer is on the attic floor, with direct access to the solarium. The room is not provided with a door but it is independent as it located at the last floor of the apartment. Moreover the apartment is close to the natural park "La Selvotta", a beautiful ancient Roman villa, really handsome for a sunny day! Right next to the building, there is a park with a jogging path and some equipment freely available, is ideal for doing some good sport. Located in the well know district of "Olgiata", which is known for its safety and beauty, the apartment is in a new building, completely furinished and eco-friendly - it has solar panels installed to reduce gas emissions. The Euro 350/month fee is an all-inclusive fee which includes all taxes and bills (a cap of Euros 50,- per co-habitant is applied), meaning that you will not have to worry about anything than just enjoying your stay!
