Situato al secondo piano, molto luminoso e spazioso. Doppio affaccio e vista ampia verso il Tevere. È composto da ingresso/soggiorno, cucina con balcone, un grande bagno con doccia in vasca ed un bagno più piccolo con box doccia. 5 suite singole con letto alla francese. L'appartamento è ristrutturato in funzione di ciò che occorre agli studenti. Dotato di WI-FI, lavatrice, cucina equipaggiata degli accessori di base per cucinare. PAGAMENTI: Come conferma della prenotazione è dovuto il primo mese + la Admin Fee Il restante importo verrà corrisposto in 4 rate trimestrali per periodi di locazione di almeno 10 mesi o in 2 rate trimestrali negli altri casi. RENTAL PERIODS: from Sep to Feb OR from Mar to Aug OR from Sep to Aug. PAYMENTS: As booking confirmation the first month + the UNA TANTUM admin fee is due The remaining amount will be paid in 4 quarterly instalments for rental period longer at least 10 months or in 2 quarterly instalments in the other cases.
