This furnished apartment of 75 square meters on the 2nd floor ( there is no elevator) features of 3 private bedrooms with balcony. Located in the beautiful town of Paleo Faliro , only 2 minutes walking from the bus stop at Amfitheas avenue , and 5 minutes from Tram stop , 10 - 12 minutes from the beach or Marina Flisvos and 20 minutes by bus from Athens centre. It is surrounded by shops, restaurants, banks and supermarket. The area is ideal for those who want to enjoy both proximity to Athens centre and the beach in a nice and safe area with great public transportation. This bedroom has access to a big balcony , shared with one more room. You also share the bathroom with one more room.This bedroom has a single bed The apartment is clean but not renovated . Each bedroom has its own lock on the door, ensuring privacy. They are also come equipped with Air conditioning and VDSL 50 Mbps Wi-Fi internet. The private bedroom has a double bed, desk for studying or working, lamp, closet.This property has a solar panel for hot water In addition to the private bedrooms, tenants will also share the common areas with your roommate, which include a small dining area , a kitchen equipped with stove , oven , fridge , a washing machine room (with a drying rack provided for your convenience). There are some kitchen utensils like glasses , spoons, plates, frying pans, sandwich maker etc left from previous tenants, but in case there is something missing or in a bad shape , we do not provide / replace them. We provide only the 5 major electric appliance (Stove , oven , fridge, washing machine and boiler for hot water) . You are welcome to use any other appliance or kitchen utensil that previous guest have left but if you need anything else you have to buy it for your self. We provide 1 pillow and 1 blanket.We do not provide bed sheets , towels or small electric appliances like hair dryer, water kettle etc. Wi-Fi up to VDSL 50 mbps. There is a FIXED monthly cost for utilities , (please CLICK on the monthly price that says "exclude bills, deposit required" to see full analysis of all costs). Note that the utility called "GAS" is the cost of building expenses. There is no gas or central heating. We use Air condition for heating / cooling Please note that we do not operate 24/7. Check in is not available on Weekends , holidays or after 19.00 Check also the video (after photos ) if it is available for this property A damage deposit is required in cash upon check-in, and it is refundable upon check-out after the room has been inspected. Damage deposit and rules are stated at the online contract (no need for signing) that our company will create a few days after your check in. If you have a Greek Tax number you also need to accept online the contract using your tax credentials (this does not apply to students or residents without Greek tax number)
