About this Home A modern and sophisticated pad close to restaurants and cafes, this three-bedroom, one-bathroom shared apartment is located in one of Manhattan’s most popular neighborhoods. At 590-square-feet, this second-floor Upper West Side unit features a mix of hardwood and white tile flooring, electric heating, freshly painted walls, french doors, high ceilings, recessed lighting, and an all-in-one washer dryer combo. All three bedrooms offer windows for natural light. Two of the three bedrooms can accommodate queen-size beds and additional furniture. The third bedroom can support a twin-size bed, nightstand, and dresser. Recently remodeled, the compact, eat-in kitchen comes equipped with modern stainless steel appliances, a new sink with a pull-down spray faucet, and white countertops. The tiled bathroom boasts a luxurious walk-in shower and bathtub combination. Considered one of the best neighborhoods in Upper Manhattan, Upper West Side is a friendly, walkable neighborhood with historic landmarks and superb restaurants. Home to both Columbia University and The City College of New York, Upper West Side is a popular place to live among college students and faculty members. Bounded by the Hudson River to the west, this once bustling port of entry for industrial goods now provides spectacular views for New York City residents and tourists. Situated in a well-preserved, five-story brick building on the tree-lined commercial thoroughfare of Amsterdam Avenue, this apartment is a perfect home for anyone that wants to be within walking distance to neighborhood stores and restaurants. Less than a mile from Central Park and Columbia University, a nine-minute walk will get you to Cathedral Parkway station for the A, B, and C trains on the Eighth Avenue Line. This smoke-free unit includes WiFi and a wall-mounted TV in the kitchen area. Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure it, we ask all our new members to complete a background and credit check and electronically sign a residency agreement. You'll need to share your ID and Social Security Number (for those in the US) with us. We'll shoot over the agreement after you book, and we kindly ask you to sign it quickly to guarantee your room. For your credit, we're looking for scores above 550-650, depending on your city and we'll need a clean criminal record too (this doesn't apply to DC). If you meet all the requirements, you will receive the agreement which you need to sign within 24 hours. We do not provide towels, linens, or other similar amenities.
