Room “Goya” (Single Bed) – Modern Student Flat in Murcia City Centre | All-Inclusive Looking for a comfortable, bright and quiet room in the centre of Murcia, in a friendly international student flat (mostly Erasmus)? Room Goya is ideal if you want to live in the city and still have an easy commute to UCAM and UMU. 🛏️ THE ROOM (single use only) Single bed Private room with lock and key Recently renovated with new furniture: bed, mattress, desk, wardrobe, etc. Apartment on the top floor with lift, very bright with lots of natural light 🏠 THE APARTMENT Modern, calm apartment shared by international university students, with a warm and respectful atmosphere. 6 private bedrooms (each with lock and key) - 5 rooms with double bed (single use) - 1 smaller room with single bed 2 shared bathrooms (maximum 3 students per bathroom) Fully equipped shared kitchen: 2 microwaves (one with oven function), kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, full kitchenware set (plates, cutlery, glasses, mugs, utensils, etc.) Appliances & equipment: washing machine, dishwasher, iron + ironing board, vacuum cleaner. 💡 MONTHLY BILLS (60€/month) – WHAT’S INCLUDED? All utilities included: electricity, water, high-speed internet - Air conditioning + heating (each room has its own unit, so you control your temperature) - Weekly professional cleaning of common areas - One set of bed sheets, one duvet, and one bath towel provided - Fast maintenance service: we replace bulbs, and repair/replace appliances quickly if needed 📍 LOCATION: Santa María de Gracia (Central & Safe) One of the most central and safest areas in Murcia. Supermarkets (Mercadona, SuperDumbo, Dia), bakeries, pharmacies and a low-cost gym within 3 minutes walk El Corte Inglés shopping centre and stores like Zara/Mango within 5 minutes walk 🚌 TRANSPORT You can walk everywhere in the city Bus stops to UCAM and UMU less than 1–2 minutes away Tram stop about 8 minutes away ✅ RENTAL CONDITIONS - Monthly rent (double bed room): 390€ (single use only – no couples) - Monthly bills: 60€ - Deposit: 1 month rent (refunded at the end if there is no damage) The room is only reserved once the deposit is received. - Official rental contract for all students (we can also provide a residency certificate if needed) Minimum stay: September to June: 4 months July & August: 1 month Agency fee: 350€ (one-time payment)
