Room n.3 - Single room with a king-size bed available for single or couple. The flat was recently fully renovated and is exclusively rented to Erasmus and international students. Situated in a strategic location, the university campus is just a 10-minute walk away, and the city centre is easily accessible by crossing the road. The bus stop is conveniently located right in front of the building. There is also a beautiful park called "Parco Urbano" just behind the building. The flat offers amenities such as a private car park and a garage for bicycles. All necessary kitchen equipment, including a microwave, cutlery, pans, oven, and fridge, is provided. Additionally, there is a washing machine in the bathroom. Please note that the flat has been recently refurbished so you may find additional furniture and different wall colours. In addition to the rent, the monthly bills of 140 euros (all-inclusive) cover internet, heating, gas, electricity, etc. The rental period is by semester: September to January (first semester, 5 months) and February to July (second semester, 6 months). With these documents, I will draft a contract to be signed by all parties involved. 4. Pay the deposit to conclude the process.
