It has other 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and 5 terraces, a spacious living room to relax on a big sofa, with TV, DVD player, stereo, piano and a long table for happy dinners together if wished. AIR CONDITIONING in the bedroom and living room ! It is excellently located, connected to the city center and to all the Universities of Florence thanks to buses, which can take you downtown in 5 min. You can also reach the city center in 15 minutes walking or in 4 mins by bike. Next to the apartment you have pizzerias, restaurants, all kind of shops, grocery stores and supermarkets, an excellent bakery and Italian ice-cream shops, banks, Cinema, Gym, swimming pool. Moreover, the apartment is close to the biggest green area of Florence, the famous Parco delle Cascine! DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PAYMENTS: You will have to pay the DEPOSIT (PLUS BILLS) DIRECTLY TO ME at the IBAN I will provide after the booking has been confirmed. The deposit will be returned at the end of your stay if the apartment is left as you found it and if the contract terms will not be breached. - EXTRAS: utilities on consuption - Registration of the rental contract: it is a fee due to register the rental contract and make it legal in Italy so that you are totally covered for any kind of reason. This cost is split between the tenant and us. For stays up to six months, it is approximately € 60each. - Cleaning of the apartment: a cleaning lady comes every 2 weeks to clean all the common areas (kitchen, bathrooms, living room, terraces, corridor, balconies). The cost is €10/hour to split between each tenant of the apartment. _ Heating depending on consumption about 50 euros per month from November to April included.
