THE ROOM The room is a spacious single room (14 mq - 145 sq.ft.), quiet. Very bright and confortable, is fully furnished with small double bed (120 x 190 cm, 4" x 6.3"), wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, bookshelf, desklamp, chairs. THE FLAT The flat is bright and airy, 1st floor w/o lift, with a fitted kitchen with all you need, from oven and hob, down to forks and knives, shared dining room and bathroom with shower, balcony, it is fully furnished and has been redecorated and thoroughly restored in 2021. Main Features: - Balcony - Independent heating - Microwave oven - Washing machine, - WIFI broadband connection 24/7 - Double glazed windows **The flat will be shared in four girls** LOCATION The location is excellent: 10 mins walk from the Novoli Hub of the University of Florence and 15 minutes walk from town centre, 2 mins walk to the tram stop. The tramway will take you to the train station (town centre), to the airport and to the Careggi Hospital area in a very short time. The flat is conveniently located also for shops (supermarket is literally across the street), banks, post office and public transport (bus/train/tram). SUMMARY OF COSTS The month will have to be paid in full, even if the stay is shorther than a month. The average cost of the utilities will be around 70-90 per month per person based on 4 ppl share. In this estimate, utilities cost includes gas for heating, hot water, cooking, electricity, fast dsl connection and biweekly cleaning of the common areas of the flat. Aministrative fee to be paid at check in: 60 euros Final cleaning at checkout: 80 euros CHECK IN AND OUT Check in is available Monday-Friday from 15:00 to 20:00. Check in outside these hours has a cost of 80 euros and is allowed only in exceptional cases. Please ask at least one week in advance if available.
