The flat is located in a quiet and peaceful private housing condominium with good shopping and transportation connections (bus stop 130 m, tram stop 410m, train station/shopping center "Sello about 850/950 m. -Apartment size: 74.5 m2, -Room size:10 m2 -Floor: top floor 4/8, -Address: Miekka 1, 02600 Espoo -Condition: very good and very clean, tenants follow a “weekly cleaning schedule” -Transportation: nearest bus stop/bicycle station: 130 m, tram stop 410 m, railway station: 950 m -Services and amenities: shop, 330 m, shopping center Sello, 950m Total rent: 500+60=560e/m/room, for those who will stay one academic year (~9.5 months) 510+60=570e/m, for those who will stay one semester (~4.5 months) including charges of water, electricity, heating, waste treatment, WiFi, laundry, drying room, bicycle room. -Flat mates: international students/scholars who are nice, tidy, friendly and disciplined. -Deposit: 800€ (refundable) -Home insurance: tenant must purchase a home insurance and keep it valid during stay for example a travel insurance which covers the liability of rental accommodation.
