MINIMAL RENTAL PERIOD: 6 MONTHS Hello everyone, this is a fully furnished room in a shared flat. The room has a comfortable bed, a desk with chair and a wardrobe for your clothes. Also the common areas are fully equipped with washing machine, cooking equipment and all you need for your daily living. Anmeldung/Registration is possible. Room perfect for 1-2 persons with kitchen. Apartment has 3 rooms in total. At the end of your stay, we will charge a cleaning fee of 50 € which we will deduct from the deposit. The rest will be paid out to you - given that there was no damage done to the apartment. Location: You live centrally in the beautiful green area of Treptow on the border to the districts of Friedrichshain and Kreuzberg, not far from the Spree, at the melting pot of the cultural, music, fashion and creative scene.
