The room includes bed linen: Bottom sheet, pillows with their respective covers, duvet filling and blanket. It also includes maintenance cleaning every other week of the common areas, technical maintenance service, high speed internet and all utilities included up to the amount indicated in the contract. One street away from the Gran Via, a few minutes from the Diagonal, surrounded by stores, cafes, schools and walking areas and excellently communicated, we find this fully furnished and equipped living room. We have access to the living room and from the comfortable hall we can see the dining room with a table for up to 8 people. On the right hand side we find the living room and TV area with exit to the terrace facing the inner courtyard. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, with two refrigerators and kitchenware, and has access to a laundry area with washer-dryer. This coliving consists of seven bedrooms, all of them with double beds and several of them en suite with balconies to the street and a large courtyard, are fully furnished with closets and beautiful chests of drawers.
