Its elegant avenues, like Passeig de Gràcia, invite you to stroll and immerse yourself in art, culture, and the rich history of Catalonia. ✅Check-in/out information ✔Check-in time (Monday - Friday): 15:00 - 18:00 ✔Check-out time: 11:00 ✔Check-in between 18:00 and 21:00: an additional fee of 50€ applies ✔Check-in after 21:00 or on public holidays: an additional fee of 90€ applies 🌞Welcome Service (Administrative expenses) The Tenant must pay at the beginning of his/her stay a Welcome Service fee of €275 to cover the costs of drafting and signing the legal rental Agreement, check-in at the Accommodation (see Arrivals and Departures Policy) supply of two pillows, two cushions, duvet, blanket, a complete set of sheets and two towels (one-time payment). 🧹Final cleaning fee A €125 final cleaning fee must be paid at the time of check-out. 💕For couples: ‌‌✔In case the Tenants are a couple, the Welcome Service, which includes management, the second pair of towels, and a second copy of keys, will be increased by €100 (one-time payment) ‌‌✔In the event the Tenants are a couple: the rent will be increased by €265/month, including up to €65 of monthly utilities (water, electricity, and gas), weekly supply of toilet and kitchen paper, hand soap, and dish soap for the second person, weekly cleaning of the common areas, maintenance and 24h assistance by a Community Facilitator (monthly payment). 👨‍👨‍👧‍👦Community events Exchanging language courses, organizing excursions, and parties, or even starting a project is possible thanks to our online platform. 😎Exclusive discounts Just for being a member of our community, you will have access to exclusive discounts at gyms, cinemas, parties, events, hairdressers, and more. 📝Contract type The rental contract is fortnightly.
