The double bedroom is composed of two separate single beds, wardrobe, two desks with two chairs Each roommate will have his personal bedroom equipment. This room has a private balcony. RENTAL CONDITION: - Utilities are excluded, in the amount specified below are included: wi-fi, water, electricity, heating and condominium fee. - Deposit: it will be given back at the end of the stay if there are no damages to the room or the apartment. - Check-in and check-out hours from Monday to Friday from 9 to 17:30.
