Beautiful and spacious double bedroom available with all the comforts only 4 minutes walking distance to Bocconi! You will be living in the Navigli area, one of the best area of Milan! You can also reach the IULM in 18 minutes by taking the bus number 71 from Plaza Belfanti station. You can reach the city centre in under 20 minutes by taking the tramway number 15 from Castelbarco station. This apartment is located near tram and bus stop, various supermarkets, bars, restaurants and parks. The apartment is really spacious and all it will be rented out to international students creating a really nice environment in the flat. 3th floor. The flat is composed by two private rooms and one shared room (so max. 4 person in the flat); there are a spacious and fully equipped eat-in kitchen and a bathroom, one equipped with a shower/bath. The double bedroom is composed of two separate single beds, two spacious wardrobes, two desks with two chairs. Each roommate will have his personal bedroom equipment. RENTAL CONDITION: - Utilities are excluded, in the amount specified below are included: wi-fi, water, electricity, heating and condominium fee. - Deposit: it will be given back at the end of the stay if there are no damages to the room or the apartment. - Check-in and check-out hours from Monday to Friday from 9 to 17:30. If you want to check in outside working hours or during the weekend, there will be an extra cost (check it in the breakdown below). - The fee below mentioned as "other" refers to the cost for the registration of the contract. - Check-in will be done at the office. If you prefer to do it at the apartment, this should be arranged with us beforehand and has an extra cost. You can see the cost stated below as "Other optional cost" - In the case of bookings shorter than 12 months, the monthly rent shown increases by an extra 40€, in the case of bookings shorter than 6 months, the monthly rent shown increases by 80€.
