At our co-living mansion, we provide communities to live in (co-living). You share common areas or bedrooms and ultimately saves you a lot of money. Come work on projects with our equipment and amenities. We have everything you would need so you don’t need to leave your home! The property provides access to desk space in a study room in which you must take all belongings after use. Or you can rent a designated private workspace. Other rooms in the house include a Film and Music Recording Room, a Gym Room, a Game Room, a Theater Room that seats 12 people, and a Party Room. Furthermore, we do our best to provide everything you need during your stay: cleaning supplies, iron and ironing board, AAA service, and even communal bicycles. Also included is the fastest internet possible, 1000s of internet and satellite channels including HBO, Cinemax, Netflix, and Hulu. We even have DAILY MAID SERVICE. There is a washer and dryer on-site. Located in the heart of downtown LA, the atmosphere of the neighborhood is very lively. The activities are endless, due to the proximity of restaurants, cafes, shops, businesses, and many more! Nearby, there is the bus stop, the tram stop, the 7th Street metro station, the supermarket, and the nearby Grand Hope Park, which makes it a very convenient location.
