AIR CONDITIONING in living room and bedroom! It is excellently located, connected to the city center and to all the Universities of Florence thanks to buses, which can take you downtown in 5 min. You can also reach the city center in 15 minutes walking or in 4 mins by bike. Next to the apartment you have pizzerias, restaurants, all kind of shops, grocery stores and supermarkets, an excellent bakery and Italian ice-cream shops, banks, Cinema, Gym, swimming pool. Moreover, the apartment is close to the biggest green area of Florence, the famous Parco delle Cascine! DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PAYMENTS: You will have to pay the DEPOSIT (PLUS BILLS) DIRECTLY TO ME at the IBAN I will provide after the booking has been confirmed.
