The entire flat definitely looks like you see it on the photos. We are the owners of it and used to live in it earlier before we started letting it rented. 4 bedrooms, double bed, desk, chair, shelves, cupboard in all of them. There are 2 bathrooms: one with tub, one with shower. Bathrooms are full equipped. You'll find everything in the kitchen as well as if you were at home. The flat is specially energy saving, all equipment and insulation meet the highest standards. We work in our own company besides renting our flat. We love travelling, football, visiting beautiful new places. We're a friendly young married couple. We have 2 twin daughters. The flat is only 5-10 minutes walk from everything in Budapest, in the heart of the city, a totally renewed, choosy flat. Even the house is freshly renewed. There are plenty of shops, pubs, etc in the neighbourhood. The street is quiet. In the heart of the city, 5-10 minutes walk from everything: Danube river, Nyugati Square, Oktogon, Heroes Square, Parliament, Deak Square, Buda Castle. The street is a quiet sidestreet of "Pest Broadway". Plenty of shops, supermarkets, pubs, discos and touristic places await you. You have to pay for parking in the street. But the flat is in the heart of the city, so tram 4 and 6, trolley 70 and 72 and 73 and 78, bus 15, metro 1 and 2 and 3 are pretty close. UTILITIES common cost, internet fee, electricity, gas, water, cleaning twice a month: cca 40-50 EUR / room / month.
