It is a nice green area. Just a 2 minute bike ride away and you wil find a nice park, called Noteboompark, where you can go for a nice walk or run. There is also a shopping centre which is just a 2 minute walk away. Here you will find multiple grocery stores, shops, restaurants and a gym.
